Asset search automatically pulls all the assets in your hub together so they’re easily searchable.

When you upload new files to your boards our smart AI will auto-detect some common characteristics and apply tags for you, but you can always add your own if you have a specific way you’d like to be able to search for things.

Add tags to assets

You can add tags to your assets when you upload them to a board so you can easily find them in Asset Search.

1. Click on the asset to bring up the Previewer
2. Click on the Info “i” icon in the top right corner
3. Add tags to your asset. You can add as many as you like and you can separate multiple tags with a comma

If you have some assets that you’d like to add a selection of tags to, you can add them in bulk with the bulk selector.

Search for assets on the board you’re on

1. Go to the magnifying glass icon in the top left corner. You’ll notice the search automatically defaults to the “This board” tab
2. Type in the keyword you want to search for. I.e. “Logo” or “dog”. You can also stack keywords to make your search more specific, i.e. “red handbag”
