Sections help you manage your board content by grouping it. You can add as many sections as you like and you can do things like add titles to them and change their background color.

Create a new section

1. Hover over the top of the first default section and you’ll see the section toolbar will pop in.
2. Click the “…” icon
3. Click on “Insert new section above” and the section templates selector will pop in
4. Choose a template or add a blank section

Section headers

A section header is a full width text area at the top of every section. Any content you add to a section will pop in directly below the header.

Add a section header

When you add a new section the header will automatically be visible. You can update it simply by replacing the default text. When you do this, you’ll notice the new title will be reflected in the section navigation at the top of the board and in the section label.
