If you have something like an asset library that you’d like people to be able to download files from without needing to be signed in, you can enable public downloads.

  1. Go to board options “…” at the top of the board
  2. Click “Settings”
  3. Switch the public downloads toggle to “on”

You can then send the board link to anyone and they’ll be able to download the items on the board.

<aside> 💡 The people you’re sharing the board with don’t need to have a Niice account, they can still download files if you have public downloads turned on.
