Having a board thumbnail allows you to find the board you’re looking for more easily when you're glancing through your dashboard.

We will automatically generate a board thumbnail for you if you have content on the board, but you can override it, if need be.

Add a thumbnail from a board

  1. Go to board options “…” at the top of the board
  2. Click “Replace thumbnail”
  3. Choose an image, or GIF, from your desktop to upload.

Add a thumbnail from the sidebar

  1. Open the sidebar and click on Board Options “…” on the board you’d like to add the thumbnail to
  2. Select “Set thumbnail”
  3. Choose an image, or GIF, from your desktop to upload.
